I've teamed up with Dr Wendy Sweet (PhD) to offer you two 12-week programmes.  These programmes teach you what is happening to your body through menopause, with evidence-based information explanining the WHY and then you discover Dr Wendy Sweet's (PhD) easy to implement strategies showing you the HOW.

Each online coaching programme consists of 7 video modules which are delivered to your inbox in a progressive way every fortnight over the 12 weeks.  You can listen at your own pace in the comfort of your home.  Each module contains videos and PDF summaries, and you will also receive:

  • Emails to keep you on track

  • The MyMT™  Food Guide, which includes hundreds of recipes, weekly meal plans and cooking videos
